Please be informed that as per China Embassy ( Delhi ) instructions , China Visa Application Centre, Delhi is closed till further Notice from the Embassy.
We would like to inform you that once the services are resumed, The Embassy may make some changes thus kindly check again with us, the checklist before submission ,once centre start accepting the applications.”

I haven’t heard anything about csc scholarship stipend so far.

As long as we are outside of China we cannot get scholarship especially from CSC. Some people will not receive if they graduate online.
